I. For shipping within and outside of Germany
We offer the following payment options for deliveries within and outside of Germany:
- prepayment via bank transfer
- PayPal payment
- credit card
- Payment via “SOFORT Überweisung”
II. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. Prepayment by bank transfer
ransfer the invoice amount to our bank account conveniently
stating the purpose within 5 days. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer as part of the order processing separately by email.
2. PayPal payments
- At the checkout, select “PayPal” as the payment method
- To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
- Falls Sie noch kein PayPal-Konto haben, können Sie ein PayPal-Konto erstellen und dann die Zahlung bestätigen. Danach werden Sie zu uns (https://brillovsky.de) zurückgeleitet.
3. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
4. Payment by “SOFORT Überweisung”
If the payment method “SOFORT” is selected, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via “SOFORT”, you must have an online banking account that has been activated for participation in “SOFORT”, identify yourself accordingly during the payment process and confirm the payment instruction to “SOFORT”. The payment transaction is carried out immediately afterwards by “SOFORT” and the customer’s bank account is debited. More information on the “SOFORT” payment method: https://www.klarna.com/sofort/

Shipping costs and delivery times:
It is shipped worldwide. The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the below given table.
For shipping within mainland Germany, the price given in the table will be charged as a flat rate. When shipping to German islands, no island surcharge is charged.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs are incurred for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by the buyer. For this include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g.Transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or legal import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

Information on calculating the delivery date:
In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
